Andrea Noble is quickly becoming a restaurant mogul in Fountain Hills.
The owner of the Two Step Restaurant, Noble bought the Overtime Sports Grille in April and is close to opening the Two Step Café by June.
Now the staff of Two Step is working to bring the Overtime to the same high standards, and almost a month ago Rob Legge was hired to be the new manager of the Overtime.
Legge, who most recently ran the historic Greasewood Flat in Scottsdale, is working to make the sports bar a fun place for Fountain Hills.
And with a prime location across from the Fountain and with 32 42-inch plasma flats screen TVs, the tools are in place.
“The opportunity here is unbelievable and the people I’ve met in the last few weeks have been incredible,” says Legge.
Legge was at Greasewood Flat for almost eight years and has worked in the Valley at other popular establishments.
Already, Legge has worked on bringing staff up to speed, re-worked the menu and is working on more promotions for patrons.
The menu has been streamlined, cutting the list of items in half from the previous owners.
Items include all the staples of bar and grill food from specialty burgers to sandwiches, wings and pizza.
A grand re-opening is planned in the next month, but no date has been set. Check back with Take 5 for more details.
Andrea Noble and her husband Kevin have five children. They moved to Fountain Hills almost four years ago from Ohio.
The Overtime Sports Grille is at 16872 Avenue of the Fountains. For more information call (480) 816-4625.
